Brian A. Jones, 2008 SOPGA Golf Professional of the Year

Brian is the Head PGA Professional at Hamilton Elks Golf Club.  As a PGA Member since 1999, Jones was selected as the 2008 SOPGA Golf Professional of the Year based on his exemplary performance as a PGA member and his passionate commitment to the PGA, the SOPGA and game of golf. This is the highest honor paid to a SOPGA golf professional.  Jones has been involved in the game of golf since he was 11 years old.  He is a PGA Certified Professional in Golf Operations and serves on numerous Chapter and Section committees and boards.  Jones has also been sought out as a mentor to several professionals going through the PGA PGM program.
